About me

No one can pass up a selfie when in Macchu Picchu, Peru

My Perpetual Journey is a travel blog I started in 2013 with hopes of encouraging other 20-somethings to travel the world, expand their horizons and experience cultures other than their own. “A Journey,” a poem from Walt Whitman’s Leaves of Grass, inspired the title of my blog. A poem that stresses the importance of the individual’s perpetual journey of life, something unique and special – something your own.

In my past life, I was a National Geographic photographer who captured images that told incredible stories. In this life, I am just a traveler who loves to shoot all her exciting adventures! All images you see on this blog were taken by yours truly 🙂

Places I’ve been: England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Aruba, Bahamas, U.S Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia

  1. That’s fantastic that you are seeing the world! May you get to see every corner you wish to visit. My daughter in law is in the process of visiting each of the 50 states. Enjoy yourself Tay!
